Spa Policies

To provide the best service to you and all our guests we ask all clients to adhere to the following policies:


Appointment Time
Appointments are required to guarantee spa services. Walk-in guests cannot be guaranteed a time and may be required to wait until there is an open appointment slot.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. You are welcome to arrive earlier and relax in our front lounge. We ask guests to silence their phones, speak quietly, and arrange for childcare to ensure the spa atmosphere is maintained for all guests.

Arriving Late
We understand things can come up and delay our guests; however, please keep in mind if you arrive late to your appointment, your service will end as scheduled so as not to delay the next guest.

Scheduling
At the time of booking, a new client account will be created to store your personal information on our secure server. The time scheduled for your service(s) is specifically reserved just for you. All spa service reservations are made on the hour to maximize our scheduling efficiency. A credit card is required on all client accounts to hold scheduled appointment times; however, your card will not be charged until after service is rendered or violation of our rescheduling/cancellation policy occurs.

Rescheduling and Cancellations
Your scheduled service time is reserved specifically for you. Because of this, we ask for a 24 hour minimum notice for appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Cancelling with less than a 24 hour notice will result in the full cost of the scheduled service(s) being charged to your card on file. Rescheduling within 24 hours will be considered a late cancellation and is subject to your card on file being charged for the full amount of the scheduled service(s). In the event of a no show/no notice, your card will be charged for the full price of the service(s) scheduled.

Cell Phones and Other Devices
To ensure a relaxing experience for all guests, please turn off or silence your phone and other electronic devices during your visit to our spa.

Children
In consideration of all guests, we ask clients with young children to arrange for childcare during their spa appointment. Minors may not be left in our lounge unattended by a parent or guardian.

Pricing and Service Availability
Pricing and Service Availability are subject to change without notice. Services and costs are provided on this website as a curtesy and every attempt is made to ensure its accuracy; however, these prices and services cannot be guaranteed and in-spa price and service listing is most accurate. Please contact the Spa directly to verify costs and availability of services. We appreciate your understanding and value you as a customer!

Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for purchase in any amount and can be applied towards guests' final balance for any service, including gratuity. Gift cards can only be purchased at our spa and expire one year from the date of purchase. Gift card purchases are nonrefundable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
