These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text message communications program operated by Blu Indigo Spa & Wellness ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these terms.

How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Blu Indigo Spa & Wellness by:
- Checking the SMS consent box on our online booking or contact forms
- Providing your mobile number and verbal or written consent during an in-person visit or consultation
- Texting a keyword to our designated number when specified in a promotion or advertisement
By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to opt in, and that you are 18 years of age or older.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your bookings and preferences. You can generally expect to receive between 2 and 6 messages per month. Transactional messages (such as appointment confirmations and reminders) may occur more frequently depending on your booking activity.
Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Blu Indigo Spa & Wellness is not responsible for charges from your mobile carrier. Contact your carrier if you are unsure about your messaging rates.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us
- Contacting us directly at ccs@bluindigospa.com or calling 813-651-3258 to request removal
After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll. Note: opting out of marketing messages does not opt you out of critical transactional messages such as appointment reminders if you have an upcoming booking.

Privacy

Carrier Liability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and is outside our control.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. Coverage is not guaranteed on all carriers.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
